Who We
Are?
Climate Cadets Collective (C³) is a youth-led climate action organisation founded by Vaishnavi Verma during the Millennium Fellowship. What began as a campus initiative has grown into a global network of 400+ young changemakers across India and beyond.
We make climate action accessible, inclusive, and practical by bridging research, policy, and grassroots engagement—empowering students and communities to turn awareness into action.
Our work spans three pillars: climate research translated into actionable insights, youth-driven advocacy and diplomacy with policymakers, and community engagement through education programs, nature walks, and local projects.
Through initiatives like the Climate Ambassadors Program, we've trained 600+ school students across Delhi-NCR, partnered with global institutions, and hosted dialogues with national and international climate leaders.
This platform shares research, newsletters, expert conversations, and stories from the field—offering resources, inspiration, and opportunities to collaborate in building a greener, more sustainable future.

Walking the Wild: An Aravalli Biodiversity Experience
There's a forest hiding inside the city. Not the kind you drive hours to find the kind that's been standing quietly on Delhi's edge for millions of years, holding the line against the heat, the dust, the sprawl. On Sept 28, we're walking into it. Guided through the Aravalli Biodiversity Park's native trails, past flora and fauna most of us have never met, into a conversation that goes beyond "plant a tree, save the planet" and finishes with a treasure hunt for the kid in all of us.
